Welcome to our on-line resources for World History from the Medieval Period to Modern Day! This list of resources focuses on the time from the reign of Charlemagne through the wars and conflicts of the 20th century.
As is all our lists of links, this page is a work in progress. For those wishing to find creative ideas for history throughout the year, Pinterest has CC Cycle 2 History ideas pinned on boards everywhere– many more than I can even sort through and post here!
I call this a link “buffet.” It is not intended that all of these resources be used. (Not at all! No way, Jose!) In fact, for those who use Classical Conversations, it isn’t necessary or even recommended to supplement Classical Conversations with any crafts, worksheets, or on-line resources. (You can read why here.) But for those who wish to include other activities, here ya go!
Note: Because of the enormous amount of time it takes for me to research in compiling these link lists, I ask that you do not copy and paste the links in other documents, websites, or emails, but instead send people to this webpage. Thank you for honoring this request!
